Stocks Expected to move on Tuesday:

SAN FRANCISCO-- Among the companies whose shares are expected to see active trade in Tuesday's session are Google Inc., Alcoa Inc. and Cablevision Systems Corp.
Alcoa is expected to report earnings per share for the third quarter of 77 cents.
Chattem Inc. is expected to post per-share income of 42 cents for the third quarter.

Genentech Inc. is expected to post per-share income of 51 cents for the third quarter.

Supervalu Inc. is expected to report earnings of 53 cents per share for the second quarter.

After Monday's closing bell, Google said it has agreed to acquire privately held YouTube Inc., the No. 1 Internet video-sharing site on the Web, for $1.65 billion in stock.

Watch list

A.O. Smith Corp. named Bill Greubel, the chairman and chief executive of Wabash National Corp. to its board. Milwaukee-based AOS said Greubel has been CEO of Wabash National since 2006.

AngioDynamics Inc. named Robert Mitchell to the newly created position of executive vice-president and chief operating officer, effective Dec. 1. Mitchell was chief executive of Millimed Holdings Inc., a privately-held company in Denmark that develops drug eluting products to treat vascular diseases.

Cablevision founding family has offered once again to take the cable-television operator private, this time in a $7.9 billion deal that's 15% higher than an unsuccessful bid last year. See full story.
