A lot of the clinical trial data I have been reading investigate drugs to target proteins in the apoptosis pathway. I thought I would post a basic chart of some of the key components of the pathway that are drug targets.
A very limited list of publicly traded companies that have current apoptotic pipeline drugs are Eli Lilly, 3M, GlaxoSmith Kline, Merck, Novartis and on and on.
